  I want to report my activities today in kitchen laboratory on Tuesday February 6, 2018.
Today my activities is make a Pisang Ijo and Cucuru Bayao, Pisang Ijo and Cucur bayao is traditional food from Makasssar South Sulawesi.

  Pisang ijo made of banana, flour, coconut milk, margarine, water, pandan essence, salt, green food coloring and Pisang ijo served with sauce made of coconut milk, sugar, rice flour, pandan leaf, and salt. While Cucuru Bayao made of flour, rice flour, egg yolk, egg, TBM, walnut and Cucuru bayao served with simple syrup soaked for one night.

How to make Pisang ijo:
1. Steam bananas for 30 minutes.
2. Mix coconut milk, sugar and margarine than boil
for dough:
3. After that, put salt, green food colouring, and pandan essence.
4. The last, add soft flour and blend well. Knead dough into a smooth,soft,elastic dough.
5. Knead dough again into a smooth, soft elastic dough. This will take a few minutes.
6. Take a little dough skin. Flatten. Give bananas on top, then wrap the banana with skin dough . Steam for 10 minutes.
for sauce:
7. Mix coconut milk, sugar, salt, pandan leaf and rice flour. Simmer until boiled and sauce sticky.





How to make Cucuru bayao:
1. First, mix egg and tbm until stiff
2. After that add chopped walnut in mixture
3. Mix well, after that add flour mix using hand
4. After that, moulding mixture in mould and steam about 15 minutes and remove from mould and set into container and pour simple syrup.

 simple syrup soaked for one night.
